We provide a full-service for publishers by taking their publications from the printing houses to the shop shelves for sale. Our network includes nearly 900 points of sale where 1,000 printed products are sold.

Estonia-wide sales network

Our Estonia-wide sales network includes almost 900 large retail chains, petrol stations, kiosks and various points of sale in the countryside, big cities and small villages, as well as at sea on ferries and ships.

We sign the sales agreements with the retail chains

Lehepunkt finds the best points of sale for each product and signs the agreements with all the sellers himself. Thus, each publisher only needs to sign one contract with Lehepunkt in order to sell its product throughout Estonia.

We offer all our partners the same terms and conditions. Our cooperation with publishers is based on a specific model that determines the exact conditions.

Billing

Lehepunkt is a reliable partner with a large and established sales network. All the billing is based on sales, which means that we do not ask for any advance payment and there are no hidden costs associated with the sales.
Warehousing

Warehousing

Publishers do not need to own warehouses, as we process and store all the products in stock at the Lehepunkt warehouse.
Delivery

Delivery

We organise the delivery of all the products across Estonia five times a week before the sales points open. The delivery of the goods is contact-free and, at the same time, we also collect all the returned products.

By transporting the products of all the publishers together, we also reduce the CO2 footprint of the products.

As the intermediary, we also resolve any and all problems related to the sales outlets, end customers, transport and sales.

Sales promotion campaigns

We are constantly seeking new opportunities and solutions to increase sales. We organise or mediate the campaigns of publishers and retail chains, thereby providing us with an overview of the press campaigns throughout Estonia. We also organise various sales competitions for both the end consumers and the sales outlets.

We have developed a system for an all-Estonian planogram, which ensures that the placement of products in every shop across Estonia is logical. Thus, it is easy and convenient for the consumers to find their favourites. We are also constantly looking for innovative press rack solutions.

Sales analysis

Sales analysis

We acquire a complete picture of the trends in Estonian journalism by analysing the daily sales figures for all the products in the points of sale across Estonia. Based thereon, we make the decisions for the publishers regarding the quantity of products to supply.

Sirvi e-shop

In addition to working with the Estonia-wide sales network, Lehepunkt owns Estonia’s largest online magazine shop Sirvi, which has an average of 8,000 visitors per month and which offers readers all the publications sold in Estonia.

We also cooperate with the retail chains' own e-shops, and our goal is to reach their e-shops with the entire product range by the end of 2022.  
Recycling

Recycling

Our activities are based on the principle of sustainability, which means that we daily collect all the unsold goods across Estonia and send them to reprocessing in order to recycle the material.

About us

  • How long before a new magazine can be delivered?

    New products are entered into the Lehepunkt system every Tuesday, and we receive confirmations from the retail chains within 2 weeks. For more detailed information, contact the Purchasing Manager.

  • Can I receive information about sales during the magazine sale period?

    Yes, the product manager can provide you with access to an online environment where you can view the sales of your product/products. The monthly fee for using the online environment is €25.

  • How is the billing organised?

    Billing is organised in the second half of the month following the end of the sales period. Lehepunkt pays the publisher for the items that have been sold.

  • Can I sell my magazines at all the points of sale in Estonia?

    In principle, this is possible. However, an assessment should first be made as to whether this is reasonable, since different products sell better in different regions of the country.

  • As the publisher, do I have a say in creating a product sales network?

    Yes, we certainly consider the publisher's wishes when creating a sales network, but generally, we use the information we have to create the best sales network for the product. When creating a new sales network, the networks of three to four similar products are used as a basis to design the network for the new product and forecast the sales.
